I traded in my seamaster 120 auto the other day as it was found to be damaged/defective(it was losing about twelve minutes a day. I just bought a seamaster pro auto 300 with the black face. It is a beautiful watch!!! I was wondering if I don't wear it some days (as I am a PE teacher and am very hard on my watches at work) if I could wind the watch completely by shaking it about 88 times a day. I want avoid any unnecessary wear on the internals that I have heard is caused by continually hand winding the watch. What is my best bet? Thank you all for all of your advice!!! Omega is the best!!
