Hi folks,
I just became the proud owner of a Seamaster Pro (2531.80) had wanted one for a number of years. I bought it from Ashford.com for a good price ($400 less than the local dealer wanted) it arrived the very next day and I was very pleased with it, no doubt about it its brand new and in perfect condition.
My only concern is that Ashford.com is not an authorized dealer of Omega watches and my two year manufacturer warranty may not be validated. I e-mailed Omega yesterday but thus far have not heard back from them.
Does anyone have any experience of this or had any warranty problems getting a watch repaired after buying from Ashford.com? Tough wood this watch will last me for years to come without any problems but there is something to be said for piece of mind.
Thanks
Simon
