Only demerit to me is that it seems to be following the Rolex Explorer I look rather than forging anything more distinctive to OMEGA.
The most distinctive element is the pointer on the minute hand. Bracelet seems to be a nice meld of the Rolex Oyster and Jubilee designs.
And I enjoy that they've finally made a regular production mode with a display back. Never understood why display backs were relegated to Limited Editions when they are a really neat feature! Certainly they don't cost that much, as even $90-150 Invicta diving watches have them.
But I still love this watch!
