Contact your local authorized dealer. They may be able to order a special combination for you -- or may be willing to swap out the strap that comes with the watch for a different one.
At absolute worst, order it on the sharkskin strap, buy the leather strap separately, and put the shark strap for sale on TimeZone's sales forum.
