No. And it is NOT just the width you have to be concerned about. The curvature of the case can make issues with the curved end pieces on the bracelets. So even the bracelets on a Speedmaster and a Seamaster of the same width are not interchangable between the two watches.
The modern Dynamic non-chronograph does have a Speedmaster-style bracelet in 19mm--but you would have to do a physical test to see if the curved end pieces are even remotely close to fitting.
So best to borrow a bracelet and try it first. Do not order anything based only on width you cannot return hoping it will work--odds are it will not.
