The bracelet is held onto the watch at the lugs by spring pins. Perhaps you already knew this. If you look at the back of the bracelet at the lugs, you should be able to see a little of the spring pin, where it fits into the little hole in the lug.
They make special tools for removing the spring pin, but they aren't necessary. Using something narrow and sharp (I use my swiss army knife), insert it between the bracelet end-piece so it makes contact with the spring pin where it meets the lug. Be careful not to scratch anything. Gently push "down" on the spring pin until it pops out of the hole in the lug.
You only have to do it on one side of each lug as it will now pop out. Do NOT lose the spring pins. The bracelet should now be removed from the watch.
Insert the pins through the small holes at the ends on your new strap. A little of the spring pins should be showing through either end of the holes. Insert one of the ends of the spring pins into the little hole in the lug. Holding that one in place, guide the other end of the strap up to and near the other hole in the lug. Using your finger nail, or the blade of a knife, push down the other end of the spring pin and guide it under the other other hole in the lug, and remove your fingernail or the knife. Wiggle it around until you hear it snap into place in the lug.
Viola!! You're done!!
