Just last night while at the store I realized a good way to get 40% off of a new authorized Omega if you live in the Chicago area. Marshal Field's department store is an authorized dealer (most locations but not all). From what I could see (I checked two models) their price was about 25% off suggested retail. If you open a Field's charge card you get an additional 15% off on that day's shopping. Voila, 40% off. Just be careful you find the model you want in the store, since they don't special order. Other department store chains around the country may do the same.
And no, I don't work for Field's.
