Adults come in many sizes. So do the Omega Seamasters Pros. In fact, many of the Omega Seamaster, Deville and Constellations come in *two* ladies sizes, too.
In my years interacting with Seamaster Pro owners, I have discovered a pattern. The full size SMP is generally better on men that are at or above average height for an American/European male. The mid-size SMP seems to be a better choice for men who are shorter or more portly. Wrist diameter is NOT important in selecting the watch size, it needs to match your overall body proportions instead.
Consider the difference between three major Omega markets--USA, Germany and Japan. The full size is the leading seller in the USA and Europe. The mid-size is the leading seller in Japan. [source: Omega]
