I ran across a pretty good deal on a Seamaster but the James Bond bracelet is pretty scuffed up. Does anybody have any experience in having a bracelet polished? How did it turn out? What would it cost, approximately? Is the bracelet stainless? I read somewhere that the Seamaster watches were rhodium plated. True or false? How about the bracelet? Solid stainless steel or rhodium plated? I would think that would matter if you were going to have one polished. I need to make a move quickly so I'd appreciate any help you can give.
thanks,
rambo
