I use them to remove scratches from the bracelet of my SeMP. I got them at Lowe's for around 3 bucks. They are essentially soft foam pads with an embedded abrasive on one side. They come in 180 and 320 grits. The end results I get using these pads are almost as good as the factory finish. Use electrical tape to mask off any areas you don't want to affect. Also, do the work under a halogen lamp to really see what you are doing. Good Luck!
