I just recieved an Omega seamaster pro "bond's choice" as a gift since my birtday was around the corner. The generous gift came from a relative who really does not have that kind of money to spend on a watch like this. Some of the paper work that came with the watch got thrown away with the gift wrapping paper. The relative could not remember where she purchased it because she had gone shopping everywhere for christmas gifts. I decided to email customer service on the omega site. I gave them the serial number on my watch and they confirmed it was real and told me info about it. How does omega know this watch's serial number did not come off of another? Everything on the watch looks real and I even sent them a photo of it. Do they have a sure proof plan on keeping track of their watches? Should I trust what omega tells me or do they just assume that the serial number belongs to the watch. Man, if it does belong to the watch I sure owe this relative a big christmas gift!!
