I must shoot 9mm rounds on a regular basis and 12 gauge shotgun almost as often and have not experienced any mechanical problems on my Seasmaster Chrono. I have however experienced slight discoloration on my titanium band from unspent powder and/or gases. It is not impossible to clean, nor is it easy. I now make it a point to wear long sleeves, or to wear another watch. If I do fire a weapon with my Seamaster I make it a point to clean the band ASAP (the weapon also)
