I just went today to BBB and you are correct. Their salespeople can adjust the band and understand the complexity. It took about 20 min and I was plesantly suprised when they told me that it would only cost me a "smile". No charge and they did a great job. This was actually to correct a butcher job that I had done earlier in the week. A jewler left me with 7 links on one side and 5 on the other...Make sure you get what you want. I would recomend BBB any day (at least locally, Florida)
