Please be more detailed in your materials 2 caret gold vs 24 caret, which stainless?
In general it goes like this.
Stainless Steel is the hardest then Titanium, then Gold. Tritium is a radioactive isotope and is used in trace amounts on the older watch hands and I do not think belongs in this question as it is not a case/bracelet material.
