This is the first time that I've seen someone else say this, but I have thought this for quite some time.
IMHO: The smaller (refined?) hour markers, hands, and bezel font of the BOND look best paired with the slightly smaller size.
Again, IMHO, the more bold hour markers, hands, and bezel font of the BLK/BLK look 100% perfect with the larger case size.
I own a SMP Bond in midsize and have flirted, for quite a while, with the idea of the full size blk/blk.
Of course, I struggle with infidelity and find myself flirting with a number of different brands and styles: Breitling Colt or SOP; Cartier Basculante; JLC Reverso Duo, etc.
