ANSWER: Blue Dbl. Rdg. Confusion!!
In Response To: Blue Dbl. Rdg. Confusion!! ()

: I like the one shown in the picture from Vince,
: but I am confused.

: Vince's shows the folding deploy. clasp. I have
: one of these CLASPS, with a black
: single-dome strap.

: I thought the RIDGED strap could ONLY be used
: with the "double-deploy." clasp
: that is shown in the link. I thought that
: this clasp type REQUIRED cutting the strap
: to one size only. I have never handled this
: "double-deploy." clasp.

: QUESTION: Are there two "types" of
: ridged strap...one for each clasp type? Or
: do I not comprehend that the ridged strap
: CAN be affixed to EITHER type of clasp?

: If I can get a blue ridged strap, as shown in
: Vince's photo, I would get one for my
: 2055.80 (Stainless bezel, electric blue
: face, SS) That would be something you don't
: see every day.

: Thanks for any help,
: MMC

With a few phone calls, I answered my own question. However, I do not know the model number of this item.

The blue ridged strap is avail. in BOTH "foldover" and "divers deploy" clasp styles.

I just ordered a BLUE, 20mm-at-the-lugs, ridged (not domed), foldover clasp strap from my dealer. If you want to know how to get one, just email me for the name of an auth. dealer who has them. Please allow me a day or so to respond.
