I assume you mean do they modify them from the base ETA movement they start as. Yes they do. But I've not had luck getting any specifics from them.
The Omega modifications on the base ETA mechanical movements add significant durability (replacing certain parts with heavier duty versions) and corrosion resistance (rhodium plating). The quartz movements do get at least the added corrosion resistance, but I've no idea on whether any functional parts are upgraded.
