From reports on the forums they aren't very good. It's almost as easy to send it to Bienne. A watch that is "unserviceable to Lancaster usually can be serviced by Bienne. Lancaster is not doing vintage work and they don't seem to tell customers to send it to Bienne. They just say they can't do it. They use to send vintage to Bienne when they got them, but seem to have stopped that service. Cantact the service department in Bienne at aftersales@omega.ch
