Well, since you asked...
No. I wouldn't. But everyone is different.

I wouldn't do it because I'd probably take a big loss on the trade in / purchase (I have an auto).

I'd just take the money that I would have lost on the trade and start saving for a different watch.

A GMT or a Speedmaster would make a nice second watch for you.
