It was discotinued about two years ago. I heard
it didn't sell well.I guess it was an experiment on Omega's part which they thought failed. It came in two versions-
black and silver dial and both are mid-sizes. AS
you know current trend among watch enthusiasts are
large watches and completely mechaniacal.
Omegamatic didn't fit into any of this criteria.
Even though Seiko kinetics are based on same concept and have been a huge success. Very hard to understand how the market behave. Same fate for
latest Omega Dynamics. Also discontinued. Didn't
sell well especially in the US. Excellent watch,
very much undervalued. Last year I bought a brand
new Dynamic date only for $500. The most bang for
your bucks.Still you can find a new Dynamic date under $600.
Cheers
