I was actually lucky when I got mine sized - there was no Omega dealer in the mall I was at, but they had a kiosk watch repair thing in the mall that a store recommended. I made sure they were bonded and insured first and then made sure he'd done an Omega before (quizzing him on the little "sleeves" in each link), then let him do it while I watched him the ENTIRE time. The ONLY thing I wasn't satisfied with was that the pin was a tiny bit bent when it came out, but that's a small price to pay - especially when I never plan on putting that link back in.
