They should honor the terms of their extended warranty to you. That means that if they cannot do the work themselves it is THEIR responsibility to pay and handle having someone else do the work. They should send your watch to a repair shop that is still authorized by Omega and cover the expense.
It should NOT be your problem that they can no longer handle the repair in-house. Their warranty is a binding agreement that they WILL handle covered repairs for the specified time period--it holds no matter how inconvenient it becomes for them to fulfill their end of the contract.
