New Seamaster dealers

Greetings,
I am new to this forum and have a question for those "in the know." I am looking for a new full-size Seamaster Pro Auto, black bezel, black dial and came across Topper Jewelers and Atlantictime.com. Has anybody had any dealings with either place? Topper is an authorized dealer and is offering a 30% discount right off. Sounds like a good deal...any references out there?
I currently own the SS mid-size Bond Seamaster auto and am looking to upgrade.
