seamaster GMT losing time

I'm losing between 4-5 seconds a day/night on my watch.

total watch newbie here, so i'm not sure if this is within the accepted operating variabilities of the watch.

i know chronometer standards are that it gains up to 6 seconds a day, loses up to 4 seconds a night; is this assuming that you take the watch off at night?

also, if i move my wrist back and forth, there's a sound of something moving around inside the watch case.. is that just the rotor, or do i need to be worried.

Lastly, how often do should i be taking the watch in for service?

thanks for your help and advice.

cheers
