Omega Constellation, winding... paranoid

Hi,

I received an Omega Constellation Chonometer Automatic from my wife for this past Christmas. It is my first 'nice' watch and I love it, but have some questions about winding that I can't find answers for in the manual.

Can anyone help me out with these?

1.) My watch tends to run out of juice about once a week and I have to wind the crown. Is there a winder that I can buy? Are there any recommendations? Are there any problems with winders?

2.) Is it possible to overwind a watch? I think I saw somewhere that this is not possible, but I can't find it again.

3.) Is it okay when setting the hour to move the crown in both directions? Or should I always set the watch only moving clockwise?

4.) I know the watch only winds clockwise, but can I turn the crown counter clockwise without any wear and tear (this way I don't have to take my finger off the crown while winding)?

Thanks so much!

john
