Any other survey winners?

I already posted this over at TZ but I also wanted to see if anyone else from here has won since, the link to the survey was first posted here.

I recently received an e-mail notifying me that I had won a contest for Wristwatches: A Connoisseur's Guide by Frank Edwards because I filled out a survey on watches. I found the link for the survey either from here I think some of you may have filled out the survey also. The e-mail includes a $20 gift certificate code to purchase the book with at amazon.com, and I tried checking out with the code and it is valid. I was wondering if this may be a scam of some kind. The e-mail I received came from surveymaster2001@yahoo.com. Your thoughts would be appreciated as to what you would do if you were in my situation and to what you think of the whole thing.
