hi, i prefer the look of the black but as derek said, it is less dressy and more of a bold sports watch. i have tried on both the full and midsize, and i have a 6 1/4 wrist. i was actually shocked how large the 41mm full size is and i also wear a 38mm pilots watch as well as a seamaster. if you are in a business casual environment the black should be fine. ask keith for a great dealer reference!
