Omega will NOT sell you parts from different watches to customize your current one. Especially for parts from certain rarer models, Omega may require a serial number verification before sending the parts.
Also, parts from two watches that seem the same to you are not always interchangable. So you may not be able to accomplish what you are wanting to do.
