I've never used them, but Fords Jewelers in Fords, around 20 minutes from you, is an Omega dealer I think. They supposedly have a watchmaker on site. If you can make it into the City, try Kenjo, 40 Wall St., an authorized Omega dealer and my watch store of choice.
