When you say that you want to get your watch information from Omega, what specifically are you referring to? I think all that Omega needs from you to get any information on the watch is the serial number which should be on the back of the 7 O'clock lug. The same serial number should be on the sticker on the white box, on your International warranty card (if it was filled out) and on a document that says that your watch is Chronometer certified.
