Sorry for my confusion message.
I forgot to mention in my previous message that before I went to sleep, I purposely set my watch and used the time from www.time.gov as a reference. When I woke up in the next morning, my watch lost 3 secs so I *ASSUME IF* my watch lost 3 secs during the daytime and if I put my watch crown down at night, my watch will lose 6 secs on the next day. My intention was to find out number of seconds gain/lost at particulat position at night, not influence by my daytime time
