How did you size your SMP Bond bracelet ?

Did you go to jeweler or bought a bracet sizing tool and do it by yourself ?

I've a bad experience with a reputable jeweler in my hometown. I can't believe they use a hammer (yes, i can hear the noise coming from the upstair) to size my bracelet. I didn't check my bracelet properly on spot and when I returned home, I found out that there is a very small scar next to a pin hole on my bracelet :(

Man, cost me 10 bucks for this kind of lousy service !
