From a 1984/85 German Catalogue.
The text for the watch with the mesh bracelet says "Seamaster 120 divers watch, quartz, stainless steel. Special divers strap with extension in Adiprene. Saphire glass, waterproof to 120m. Screwdown crown"
The model number for the matt black version is 120233 ( this is NOT the case reference number)
The Nov 1984 prices were :-
1150 DM ( stainless case / mesh bracelet)
895 DM ( Matt black case / black strap)
for reference, in the same catalogue, a "normal" Speedmaster pro cost 1350 DM

It looks like the hours hand on your watch has faded quite a lot, & maybe the bracelet is non-original, but, apart from that, It gets two thumbs up from me !
