anyone has experience buy omega from www.jomashop.com? i call them this afternoon and the one answer my phone sounds very sleepy--doubt she is sober enough to answer my question. they claim their watches to have everything. but i do see on ebay--wristwatches have their serial number polished off and re-engraved.--don't know if this way it should be called 'serial number intact'. just don't want to take trouble to return the item if it is that way.
can anyone give me some recommendations?
thanks
