: I just received my full sized 2064.50 (blk/blk seamaster) and also had the same concerns as I have a smaller wrist. It too is 39.3. My point of reference was my TAG 4000, which although "men's" size, is much smaller than the seamaster. All I can tell you is that the large size looks and feels great and have received several compliments in the very short time I've owned it.
Size does matter. Go for it.
