I was drunk playwrestling with my friend. We fell on the concrete and I heard the sound of my black/black seamaster 300pro grinding into the concrete face down!!! Upon inspection there was a teeny-tiny-so-small-I-could-hardly-see-it scratch on the metal (not black bit) of the bezel. The black paint had been completely protected. The sound turned out to be the crystal grinding the pavement. The crystal didn't have a mark on it!!! This really impressed me and all my friends so you should really not worry about scratching your watch.
