The mainspring barrel is in jewels instead of bushings - thus 23 instead of 21 jewels.
The rotor has a smaller ball bearing.
The reverser is completely different.
There has been added an height adjustment device for the automatic.
The gear train is replaced.
So what remains of the original ETA 2892A2 is the baseplate, the gear train, balance and lever bridges, the balance, hairspring, mainspring, keyless works and date/dial side mechanism.
Is this then a genuine Omega manufacture - well, it is at least much improved over the standard ETA 2892A2.
