mr. ziglar,
i have an omega seamaster professional chronometer full size automatic (james bond)that i bought brand new from a reputable jewelry store which really carries brand name watches omega, rolex, patek philippe and breguet to name a few. its been with me for over a year now, i noticed that there is a bit of dust inside the watch that i can see through the glass. i had it checked in an authorized omega service center, they mentioned that they need to open the watch to remove the dust.
the watch has never been opened. why is this? its suppose to be air tight or waterproof? how come there's dirt inside the watch.
