No. Since you factory warranty is invalid, having or lacking the card is totally unimportant.

Only a *valid* warranty card from an authorized dealer would enhance the value of the watch. Mainly while the warranty is still in force. After that, it only serves to prove that the watch came from an authorized dealer.
