If they sent it UPS call them up and tell them they need to issue a "Call Tag". THis is a UPS Service for the original shipper to pay for the return shipping. Basically the UPS driver will get a pre-printed label with your address on it and come to your location pick up the package and place the new label on it, returning it to the original shipper, you get a receipt showing it was picked up. Spiegal and most catalog retailers use this service extensively. Other than notifying the company that you need to return it to, all you need to do is hand it to the driver when they show up.
