Seeriosly consider the Regular size, I am 5' 4" and 6.5" wrist, I went with the mid-size...and wouldnt say I regret it, but have been thinking of the the full size!! After I bought the midsize I felt that you can get away with whatever size watch you can carry off, doesnt really matter how big your wrist is. Hope that helps!
