: What should my expectation be for accuracy with
: my Speedmaster Pre-pro (1964)? I took it to
: be serviced (Felmar in Los Angeles; it took
: three visits to get the chronograph working
: properly again even though it went in
: working fine, but that's another story) and
: it has not improved its accuracy. Before and
: after the service it lost/loses about 30-40
: seconds a day. Is it too much to expect
: better from such an old watch? What does a
: new Speedmaster Professional gain or lose a
: day?
IMO that still seems like a lot. I saw on another website that someone was selling a pre-moon speedy that was within 4s/day. If that is true it seems that your Speedy could be doing a lot better.
