good deal....but embarassed to say where.

After wanting a Rolex for years, I finally came to my senses and went for a Seamaster 2531.80. My last watch was a Swiss Army Automatic that lasted 4 years still looked good, but I needed an upgrade.

I went to the local Omega dealers asking at least $1600. I spotted a good deal on a brand new one at of all places Costco. I am a little embarrased to say that I got it there, but they have quite a watch selection. The Bvlgari's have been there a while as have the Baume and Mercier, and Cartier's, but I snatched up the Seamaster for $1099.00. I'll take being embarrased for that much.

The interesting thing for me was the Costco warranty inside that basically keep the receipt and if you have any problems bring it back and we will repair or replace it or refund the cost of the watch. If repair is need shipping is free. Costco reserves the right to refund if unable to repair or replace.

Seems like a pretty good deal. All of the paperwork and Warranty card was included.

They had an x-33 Ti for $1800 if anyone is interested

Great site and thanks for steering me towards an Omega
