Just got my Speedmaster back from Switzerland. It was "cleaned and overhauled" there. They did a very nice job and charged me big $$. My question is, what is the best and safest way to keep it clean? The Speedmaster is about 10 years old (saphire crystal and ss band). My biggest concern is not to damage the gaskets...and make sure that moisture doesn't damage the mechanism. Is soap with water OK to use when the band or the watch gets dirty from sweat and other elements?
