The 1120 movement is exactly the same, no matter what size in diameter or thickness the watch it is in -- full size SMP, mid size SMP, DeVille or the Constellation.

It is a common misconception that the movement of a watch usually 'fills' the inside of the watch case. But if you stop and think about it, is makes no practical sense to make movements in dozens of difference sizes, just to match the external size of the watch. So on the larger watches, like the full size SMP, there is merely a filler ring between the movement and the case.
