Hi,
Bought mine grey market through Authenticwatches.com. Offer a three year warranty with the option of purchasing another two years. Serial numbers were intact though the site does sell some watches without serial numbers. They specify what has and what does not have serial numbers. Ran mine through Omega and found out the watch was brand new and not some second quality piece of junk. I was very happy with my experience and savings and would certainly buy from them again. Hope this helps.
Bill
P.S. They overnight ship the watch for free also and offer a money back guarentee as long as the watch is not worn.
