I don't see the point, really. Who is supposed to buy this thing? Who can identifiy with this freediving hobby enough that he'll fork over the big $$$ for such a specialized watch? It even has a strange name, written in big red letters on the dial.
If Omega feels that there's a great demand to time events by the minute (Racing Chrono, and now this), why don't they just issue a nice big chronograph with a chrono center minute hand that's more generally usable?
Maybe they are just trying to really milk it from the collectors?
