That is correct. Omega does not bother to send the Speedmaster movements for that additional certification.

Manual winding every day or two.
Wearing it is irrelevant. Only automatic (self winding) watches get additional winding power from your movement while wearing it. A manual-wind-only movement does not -- it only gets power from you turning the winding crown.

Very. Most owners I hear from say it is would easily meet the Chronometer certification if they bothered to test them.
