SMP and Sports

Hi All,

As a green Omega owner SMP(automatic) I have some trivial questions to you, sorry for that.

1. The SMP is shock resistant to 5000g.
Do you know what does it mean in real life? I know that Bond does extreme stuff with the watch in the film but that is not real, isn't it? So can I ride my bike, make sudden movements or clap when my automatic watch is on my wrist?

2. When I move the watch to my ear I hear it ticking. However when I make a more sudden movement (with less than 5000g.:)) I hear a noise inside apart from ticking as if some parts go up and down within the watch. Do you know what is that?

Thanks
NOF
