Seamaster Pro Bracelet Sizing

Hello,
I just placed an order for my first Omega and was wondering about sizing the bracelet. I have searched the forum and have seen several ask questions about this. I am not crazy about taking my watch to someone to get sized becuase they never do it the way it should be done. I have sized all of my other watches myself (Seiko, Citizen, Invicta,...). I am placing a link (How do I take out or add links to an Omega bracelet?)to a picture that has the regular link bar with two smaller ones. What are they, and can anyone advise me of anything to look out for? How will this be different from sizing the other watches that I have experienced? Thank you for reading this and have a great Memorial Day!!!

Ivy
